Using technology as an enabler, I also plan and shape strategies that sit within a wider marketing mix to ensure the solution is one that seamlessly works in an omni-channel world where the customer relationship is always on.
One of my key strengths is shaping businesses by knowing when to proactively propose new ideas, whether that’s; a product, a team structure or simply a better way of working.
